Adds wordmark lockup SVG and PNG variants in four color schemes (color, black, white, color-dark) for both stacked and horizontal layouts. The stacked-color variant is the CNCF Landscape-conforming logo (text outlined as paths, no reversed background). Signed-off-by: Rob Esker <resker@nvidia.com>

Adds 16 logo asset files to
docs/assets/covering all lockup variants of the Topograph logo:These are sourced from the official Topograph brand assets. The stacked color SVG is also what was submitted to the CNCF Landscape (cncf/landscape#5107).
