[Bug]: PitStopSeries is subscribed but never received live (0 frames), stops list always empty #832
All information in this issue, including logs and screenshots, is written in English. Issues containing non-English content will be closed without response.
F1 Sensor Version
5.7.2 (the same code is still in the v5.8.0 tag)
Component

Device
Raspberry Pi 5
Home Assistant Installation Type
Home Assistant Container
System Architecture
aarch64
Current Behavior
PitStopSeries is never received live, so sensor.f1_live_drivers_pit_stop has the correct count for every car but stops: [] all race long (no lap, pit lane time or stationary time per stop).
Integration diagnostics during the 2026 Singapore GP race (F1TV token valid, used_for_live_timing: true):
So other auth-gated streams arrive on the same connection, only PitStopSeries stays at 0. Diagnostics saved during Friday and Saturday live sessions show the same 0. Meanwhile the official static archive of the same race contains 25 PitStopSeries messages, and in replay mode the stops list is filled correctly.
Expected Behavior
The stops list should be filled live as it is in replay. Do you receive PitStopSeries live with your setup? If F1 only delivers it to some subscriptions, a note in the docs (or a fallback) would help.
We have confirmed that PitStopSeries was not received live despite other authenticated streams working correctly. We need to wait for the next live session to capture and compare the relevant streams before deciding on the correct fallback or fix. This issue will remain open while we investigate.
