- Run PR checks on Python 3.9 and 3.11 via a version matrix - Add from __future__ import annotations to install-skills.py for 3.9 compatibility - Add test_install_skills.py regression test and run it in CI
__pycache__/ is already listed in .gitignore, but a previously committed .pyc file remained tracked. Remove it from the index.
