Upstream PR OpenBangla#475's ci.yml/deploy.yml build Windows x64, Windows ARM and macOS on GitHub runners. They live here (NOT under .github/) because this push token lacks the 'workflow' scope. To enable: copy each file's content into .github/workflows/ci.yml and .github/workflows/deploy.yml via the GitHub web UI, then run them from the Actions tab.
