Fixes #1456.
Corrects Mountain Project tick-date imports by normalizing valid dates to noon UTC, validating calendar dates, and skipping invalid rows without aborting the import.
Adds regression tests for timezone boundaries, impossible dates, and the date passed to GraphQL.
Validation: 26 bulk-import regression tests passed, 3 existing importer UI tests passed, ts-standard passed, the full test suite passed, and the production build succeeded. Full standalone TypeScript checking has existing errors in unrelated files.
