Summary of Changes

• Added a full control toolbar to EndpointLogs.vue with instance selector and log filter search box.
• Added quick action controls: "Follow Logs" (auto-scroll toggle), "Wrap Lines", "Copy Logs", and "Download Logs".

I'm going ahead and closing this PR. The images provided are still composited mockups using the SaaS UI, which does not prove that the code in this PR functions in the open-source environment.

We need genuine proof of the code running locally. Feel free to reopen this PR only if you can provide actual, unedited screenshots or a video of the feature working locally. Thanks for your understanding.
