Tracking csmarshall/ofd-to-spoolman#47.

Corrects 4 data/patron_eg lines (3 PLA, 1 PETG) where the existing value disagrees with the vendor's own product-page spec table, one commit per product line, each commit quoting its source. Patron EG publishes no datasheet; the only first-party source is the spec table in the Shopify product description on https://patron-3d.com/products/ (first-party page, undated: the Shopify updated_at is a bulk touch, not a content date). Every colour page of a line carries the identical table (43 PLA+, 14 Matte, 4 Marble, 14 PETG HS pages). All old values, quotes and URLs (HTTP 200) were checked by script before editing.

Identity: brand.json website is patron-3d.com and origin EG matches the Cairo address in the site footer; the store calls itself "Patron 3D" / "Patron 3d filaments", so the name "Patron EG" appears only in OFD.

line file field old -> new source (date) page value not used
PLA+ PLA/pla+ max bed 70 -> 60 https://patron-3d.com/products/black-pla (undated) "Bed Temperature: 60 °C" none
Matte PLA PLA/matte_pla max bed 70 -> 60; density 1.24 -> 1.31; diameter tolerance 0.02 -> 0.03 https://patron-3d.com/products/black-matte-pla (undated) "Bed Temperature: 60 °C", "Density: 1.31 g/cm³", "Diameter: 1.75mm +/- 0.03mm" none
Marble PLA PLA/marble_pla max bed 70 -> 60 https://patron-3d.com/products/white-marble-pla (undated) "Bed Temperature: 60 °C" none
PETG HS PETG/petg_hs density 1.24 -> 1.26 https://patron-3d.com/products/black-petg-hs (undated) "Density(g/cm3) 1.26" none

Files are under data/patron_eg///filament.json. The vendor gives a single bed value for the PLA lines, so min and max are both 60 (the minimum was already 60).

Left unchanged on purpose:

  • Nozzle 190-230 on the three PLA lines and 220-260 on PETG HS, bed 75-90 and max drying 60 on PETG HS, density 1.24 on PLA+ and Marble: already equal to the page.
  • diameter_tolerance on PLA+, Marble and PETG HS: the pages publish none.
  • Drying (PLA+ page says 50 °C, which equals the material default), chamber, spool weights, colours, traits and purchase links: no evidence or out of scope.
  • Missing colours and the vendor's Glow in the Dark and Metal PLA lines: tracked in a follow-up issue.

uv run -m ofd validate passes before and after (324 warnings in both, none new).

Human-directed, AI-assisted: every value was checked against the vendor product page by a human reviewer before submission.

PLA+ (PLA/pla+): max_bed_temperature 70 -> 60.

Source: the vendor's own product page https://patron-3d.com/products/black-pla (HTTP 200), which carries a spec table in the product description. The page is undated (a first-party Shopify product page, no datasheet exists); the same table appears on all 43 product pages of this line. The page says "Bed Temperature: 60 °C".

The nozzle range (190-230, "Nozzle Temperature: 190 - 230 °C"), minimum bed (60) and density (1.24, "Density: 1.24 g/cm³") already match the page. The vendor publishes a single bed value, so the minimum and maximum are both 60. The page publishes no diameter tolerance, so that is left as is. No page values differ from the ones used, so there is nothing marked as not used.

Matte PLA (PLA/matte_pla): max_bed_temperature 70 -> 60; density 1.24 -> 1.31; diameter_tolerance 0.02 -> 0.03.

Source: the vendor's own product page https://patron-3d.com/products/black-matte-pla (HTTP 200), which carries a spec table in the product description. The page is undated (a first-party Shopify product page, no datasheet exists); the same table appears on all 14 product pages of this line. The page says "Bed Temperature: 60 °C", "Density: 1.31 g/cm³", "Diameter: 1.75mm +/- 0.03mm".

The nozzle range (190-230, "Nozzle Temperature: 190 - 230 °C") and minimum bed (60) already match. The vendor publishes a single bed value, so the minimum and maximum are both 60. No page values differ from the ones used, so there is nothing marked as not used.

Marble PLA (PLA/marble_pla): max_bed_temperature 70 -> 60.

Source: the vendor's own product page https://patron-3d.com/products/white-marble-pla (HTTP 200), which carries a spec table in the product description. The page is undated (a first-party Shopify product page, no datasheet exists); the same table appears on all 4 product pages of this line. The page says "Bed Temperature: 60 °C".

The nozzle range (190-230, "Nozzle Temperature: 190 - 230 °C"), minimum bed (60) and density (1.24, "Density: 1.24 g/cm³") already match. The Marble pages reuse the PLA+ page template text. The page publishes no diameter tolerance, so that is left as is. No page values differ from the ones used, so there is nothing marked as not used.

PETG HS (PETG/petg_hs): density 1.24 -> 1.26.

Source: the vendor's own product page https://patron-3d.com/products/black-petg-hs (HTTP 200), which carries a spec table in the product description. The page is undated (a first-party Shopify product page, no datasheet exists); the same table appears on all 14 product pages of this line. The page says "Density(g/cm3) 1.26".

The nozzle range (220-260, "Extruder Temperature(℃) 220-260℃"), bed range (75-90, "Bed temperature(℃) 75-90℃") and maximum drying temperature (60, "Dry at 60℃ for 8 hours") already match. No page values differ from the ones used, so there is nothing marked as not used.

Four Patron EG value corrections (3 PLA bed/density/tolerance edits, 1 PETG HS density) plus added drying values on three PLA files. I read the four vendor product pages in the PR sources, and each changed value matches its page: PLA+, Matte PLA and Marble PLA bed 60 °C with drying 50 °C for 8 h, Matte density 1.31 with tolerance ±0.03 mm, and PETG HS density 1.26. Ready to merge from a data standpoint.

Auto-merge

The Auto-merge check decides, not this comment. A PR auto-merges after an hour (add the hold label to stop it) only if every changed value is proven above, nothing contradicts the brand, the brand isn't claimed, no sustainability data is touched and every check is green. Anything else waits for a maintainer.
