Updating Index links to migrated migration guides

Migration guides moved to PDL::Guide::Migration::*. Update Index.pod to match, with reordering to maintain alphabetic order.

Thank you for this. Please can you confirm this is the result of make doctest instead of manual editing? Otherwise it's at risk of being overwritten and/or wrong.

The whole doc-generation including pdldoc.db still needs bringing into the normal build process rather than being only done at doctest or install, which will be easier thanks to the recent changes that added t/doc.t. Volunteers to finish that up welcome! The pdldoc.db would be built with every make under lib/ (with a dep on all the *.pm files), and copied into blib.

Sorry. First commit done by hand in ignorance and because of make issues, I had to build a container to run make doctest which I've just squashed and pushed.

in the meantime, I made a few corrections to Luis' 5yo Dockerfile which I'm getting the hang of.
