This will check that json/yaml openapi file is well formatted

Add new arguments:

• Only validate: This will parse the document and show the errors. If any kind of error detected, the execution will be stopped with error (for bash scripting). After parse the file, this will not generate any file, because is only for validation.
• Skip validation: This will ignore the errors / file validation.
