Chopper enchantment does not work with Quark's baked in enchantments

Describe the bug

When a tool has an assigned baked in enchantment with quark config in this case specifically chopper(instantenous) it will act as if it does not have said enchantment. Works just fine if it has the "real" enchantment

I don't really know what you mean by "an assigned baked in enchantment with quark config". As this seem to be a specific mod behavior, I don't know at all how that works.

FallingTreeEnchantments sinply declares an enchantment through a json file in the datapack, same as what vanilla minecraft does.
Then FallingTree will check if that enchantment id is present on the tool when performing the block chopping.
