Fixture repository for comparing Kiwi's two execution loops (file_loop vs
session). Small but genuinely multi-package, so tasks that require reading one
file to change another are meaningful rather than artificial.
The suite passes on main by design — several eval tasks are additive, and a
loop that returns early on a green suite must be seen to no-op rather than
silently pass.
