Keep stored error descriptions on UTF-8 character boundaries, validate native and WebAssembly failure descriptions, handle null and empty descriptions without constructing invalid slices, and avoid panics on embedded NUL bytes.
The JavaScript wrapper now allocates the encoded UTF-8 byte length and always deallocates through finally. This fixes SEC-02 from #38 with Rust and WebAssembly regression coverage.
