Summary

Draft proposal for an uplink-only Lumra webhook template. Lumra is an optional evidence layer for selected JSON uplinks delivered by The Things Stack: it preserves the delivered payload, seals accepted records, and can export a portable ProofPack. This PR is not a request to publish a Console integration yet.

Changes

• Add the Lumra logo and register lumra.yml in the template index.
• Configure JSON uplink messages only at /v1/ingest/raw; no downlink API key is requested.
• Treat the tenant API key as a secret and send it as Authorization: Bearer {api_key}.
• Link to the controlled-pilot guide.

The template's base-url is the production API host. Please do not treat this proposed configuration as an invitation to send customer traffic yet.

Evidence so far

On 2026-10-13, one synthetic uplink from a test The Things Stack application reached an isolated Lumra staging service through a custom webhook. Lumra stored one event and returned a retrievable ProofPack. The temporary webhook and test credentials were removed, and staging was made private again. This tested the connection pattern, not this Console template, a real device, or the production route.

Pending before ready for merge or customer use

• Independently verify the exact TTN-delivered staging ProofPack with trust supplied separately from the package.
• Test a real device, replay and failure behavior, response time, and outage recovery.
• Release and verify the reviewed backend candidate on the production route; confirm tenant-key onboarding, support, and lead notification.
• Exercise this exact template in The Things Stack Console and record its test result.

Notes for maintainers

Feedback on the template schema, secret-header handling, uplink-only mapping, logo, and documentation is welcome while this remains a draft. We will update the evidence and request formal review only after the release gates above pass. This PR does not imply TTN endorsement, listing approval, or general availability.
