- Upstream moved project repository-identity enrichment out of the websocket layer into the projection snapshot query, so the fork's websocket copy of that enrichment was dropped in favor of upstream's placement.
- Upstream's inline setup-script activity and bootstrap-dispatch helpers were skipped again: the fork's ThreadBootstrapService already owns that flow, and upstream's helpers were byte-identical to the previous sync, so nothing new needed porting.
- The fork's MCP threads toolkit dependency injection (makeRoutesLayerWith) was kept as the routes-layer shape, with upstream's new HTTP compression layer added on top so both features coexist.
- Upstream removed the expiry field from the MCP invocation scope; the fork's threads toolkit test fixture was updated to match rather than carrying a dead field.
- No migration ids needed slotting: upstream's new migration lives in the relay package, outside the fork's reserved persistence id block, and the fail-fast guard still passes.
- Vendored .repos trees were taken verbatim from upstream and verified against the installed dependency versions (effect-smol matches its tag exactly; alchemy-effect matches upstream's own vendored state).
