chore(main): remove waitlist form from Coming Soon page - #77

Conversation
Launch is days away, so the email waitlist is no longer needed. Drop the WaitlistForm mount and component, and replace the form-adjacent copy with neutral "Launching soon at agentlab.in." messaging. The page becomes purely informational while keeping the logo, wordmark, and tagline. The /api/waitlist route, lib/waitlist.ts, and the Kit env vars are kept (a newsletter could revive them post-launch). develop's /api/waitlist is untouched. Replaced the form-presence e2e spec with one asserting the form is gone and the Coming Soon copy renders. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Removes the email waitlist form from the Coming Soon page on
main. The page stays as a Coming Soon page (logo, agentlabwordmark, tagline) but is now purely informational.<WaitlistForm />mount and its import fromapp/page.tsx.components/marketing/WaitlistForm.tsx.Launching soon at agentlab.in.(the old line also carried an em dash, now gone).tests/e2e/coming-soon.spec.ts, which asserts the Coming Soon copy renders and no waitlist form is present. Why
Launch is days away, so the waitlist is no longer needed. This is the interim Coming Soon state until the
develop->mainlaunch merge replaces this page with the real app.Out of scope / kept intact
app/api/waitlist/route.tsandlib/waitlist.tsonmainare kept (a newsletter could revive them post-launch). The unit test forwaitlistEmailSchemastill passes.develop's/api/waitlistroute is untouched (this branch is offmain).Verification
