Since `journal` is now org-owned, Vercel's native Git integration is a Pro feature. This deploys via a Vercel token with `vercel deploy --prebuilt`, which does not use the Git integration and works for an org-owned private repo on Hobby.

  • Push-only (never `pull_request`), so the token is never exposed to fork-PR code. `permissions: contents: read`, concurrency-cancel per ref.
  • Production deploy on `main`; preview on `develop`.

Owner steps before this does anything:

  1. Create a Vercel token at vercel.com/account/tokens.
  2. Add repo secrets (Settings > Secrets and variables > Actions):
    • `VERCEL_TOKEN` = the token
    • `VERCEL_ORG_ID` = `team_uosSyFMEnl4b9LECipQbEIeH` (your personal team, where the agentlab.in domain lives)
    • `VERCEL_PROJECT_ID` = the id of the project that owns agentlab.in. There are two projects (`agentlab.in` = prj_qpxlRo..., `agentlab-in` = prj_fvOOxJ...); confirm which is canonical (dashboard > project > Settings > Project ID) and consider deleting the stray.
  3. If `develop` should deploy production (not preview), say so and I will flip the branch mapping.

Vercel's Git integration for organization-owned repos is a Pro feature, and
journal now lives under the agentlab-in org. This workflow deploys with a
Vercel token via 'vercel deploy --prebuilt', which bypasses the Git
integration and works for an org-owned private repo on any plan. Push-only
(never fork PRs), so the token is never exposed to untrusted code. Production
on main, preview on develop.

Requires repo secrets VERCEL_TOKEN, VERCEL_ORG_ID, VERCEL_PROJECT_ID.
