Optional git support

Idea:

• New option in config.py -> USE_GIT = True.
• If USE_GIT is True then:
  • We try to extract git identity information from users.json for the current user; if found we use that to set the author of the commit.
  • We use the subprocess module and the PATH environment variable to commit changes.
• Avoid adding dependencies to third-party packages for this optional feature.
• Keep lines of code to a minimum; explore plug-in approach.

May be we can use git-python instead of subprocess and take some code from this project https://github.com/nyarla/gily

The extra optionals dependecies should be handle through a different requirements.txt

I like the plugin approach. How you do you think it ? pub/sub is a useful pattern.for this. I'm a newbie in Flask but signals can be used for this, right? http://flask.pocoo.org/docs/signals/

in mgaitan@7e393eb55 I've implemented a diff. The idea is to have a history of a page, compare any two versions and allow to restore an old one (as a new version). Work in progress.
