Search input not properly cleared when switching database connections

Describe the bug
When searching for elements using the "Search for Element" input field, if you disconnect from a database connection and then connect to a different connection (or reconnect to the same one), the search input field appears empty, but the filter is still applied. This requires manually typing something in the input field and then clearing it to properly reset the filter.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a database connection with at least one database containing some tables
2. Enter a search term in the "Search for Element" input field to filter elements
3. Disconnect from the database connection
4. Connect to a different database connection (or reconnect to the same one)
5. Observe the search input field

Expected behavior
When switching connections, the search filter should be completely cleared, both the input field and the filter state should be reset.
