Purpose
Parallel manifest rewrite planning used a non-closeable iterator. If ordered writing failed, remaining planning tasks could continue reading shared delete state after it had been released.
Make the batched iterator closeable, cancel pending tasks, and wait for running tasks before cleanup. Preserve the primary rewrite failure and attach worker failures as suppressed exceptions.
