ddrawfix installation failure

Sorry for creating the issue here, but I can't find a repo for ie-ddrawfix.

It seems that first option (Force DirectDraw Emulation) fails to install on ToB. GoG version, at least. I don't have another one to try.
The error is just bgmain.exe > Patching failed > Patch location not found.

note: ie-ddrawfix is for the "classic" version and not the new "enhanced version" by Beamdog.

IIRC, ToB can use either OpenGL or DDraw. So just set it to use OpenGL in the configuration (*.ini) file.

Alternatively, you could use my ddwrapper with ForceDirectDrawEmulation=1, or some other wrapper like dgvoodoo2.

GoG used to ship at least some Infinity Engine games with ie-ddrawfix pre-installed.

I don't own the GoG version of ToB. However, the signature-scanner in ie-ddrawfix usually finds the patch-location in all versions. The GoG version could be running a custom patch, in which case you may not need ie-ddrawfix?

ToB from GoG does come with ddrawfix pre-installed, the second option Use WineD3D's DDraw Library.
Other than that, I think they have standard 26498 version.

I'll try the wrapper. Edit: doesn't appear to do anything. At least, I can't get FPS counter to show up.
