fix: add missing trailing newlines to unblock CI lint - #83

scanner/core/fp_pipeline.py and scanner/scanner.py lost their final newline in merge commit 9292c2c. black --check and flake8 (W292) fail on main and on every PR based on it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Lint & Formatfails onmainand on every open PR (#80, #82):Both files lost their final newline in merge commit 9292c2c. This adds the newline back. No other changes.
Checked locally with the versions CI installs (black 26.10.0, flake8 7.4.1, bandit 1.9.4): black, flake8 and bandit all pass.
After this merges, #80 and #82 need their branches updated to pick up the fix.
