v0 Turborepo missing dev task repro

This repository reproduces the failed dev-server startup reported for a v0 Git import of a Turborepo monorepo.

Import this repository into v0 and select apps/next as the root directory. v0 detects the root turbo.json and starts the selected app with:

yarn turbo --filter ./apps/next dev

The apps/next workspace has a dev script, but the root turbo.json intentionally does not declare a dev task. Turbo 2.4.4 exits before opening a port with:

x Missing tasks in project
`-> x Could not find task `dev` in project

Adding the following task to turbo.json makes the dev server runnable:
