2efeaf957163b146707d67a1666f7c07dc0199ec: CMakePresets.json: use ${sourceDir}-absolute paths for CMAKE_PROJECT_TOP_LEVEL_INCLUDES/CMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE, add CMAKE_CXX_EXTENSIONS/CMAKE_CXX_STANDARD_REQUIRED, add hostSystemName conditions to llvm/appleclang/msvc presets, and add all_verify_interface_header_sets to the root build target.
