Rename the repo & npm module

The name of the driver is misleading, as it's not clear what "usbpro" means. Only when you read the description you get an idea.

I suggest we rename it like this: fivetwelve-driver-enttec-dmxusbpro

This has to be done in:

• GitHub: Renaming the repo does the job
• npm: We have to deprecate the current version so that people get a warning and publish a new version under the new name
