fix: remove archived entries

Removes three entries whose GitHub repositories are archived, which CONTRIBUTING.md excludes ("Be neither archived nor disabled"). Each is confirmed archived by the GitHub API ("archived": true) and by the "Public archive" banner on its repository page.

• clemlak/create-truffle-dapp in Tools > General — last push 2019-04-27. This one was already removed in 28e3f91 (2026-09-13) and reappeared in the merge of Add OpenChainBench to Tools #199 (2026-09-14) as b0d0921, whose branch was based on a README older than 28e3f91. The Add OpenChainBench to Tools #199 description only mentions OpenChainBench, so the reintroduction looks accidental.
• foundry-rs/forge-template in Templates — last push 2024-02-16.
• thirdweb-dev/contracts in Libraries — last push 2026-05-25.

None of the three archived repositories points to a successor in its README, so the entries are removed rather than repointed. Foundry tooling remains covered by the foundry-rs/foundry and transmissions11/foundry-template entries.

One note for later: the currently open #197 is also based on a README from before 28e3f91 and still carries the create-truffle-dapp line, so resolving its conflicts in favour of the branch would reintroduce that entry a second time.
