Autoimplement "From" trait for inner types

Hi, when I did something similar for my enums, I also implemented From traits for all inner types (check the implementation).

Would you like to have it in your crate as well? I'm ready to port the solution myself (and also extend it to support conversion from named/unnamed tuple, of course)

If it exists already and I've missed it, could you point me to the right place...

Sorry, I missed this comment. I'd be open to something like this, but I wonder if we should have a different derive for this?
