Replace the dynamic supported Kubernetes version lookup with a static matrix of kube-minor/digest pairs, and pull node disk images by digest instead of mutable tag to avoid CI instability when image content changes behind a tag. Signed-off-by: Alice Frosi <afrosi@redhat.com>
