Move position and game panel under the analysis (v1.2.1) - #6

The FEN, move list, and PGN panel sat below the piece selector, making the window tall while the analysis column had empty space even with five lines. It now sits in the right column under Top moves.

Moves the FEN / moves / PGN panel from under the piece selector to the right column below Top moves. Lint, 62 tests, and build pass.
