Go buildpack v1.11.0 dropped go1.23.x support (only 1.25.12 and 1.26.5 available). Five example app manifests still requested go1.23, causing the registry app to fail staging and the tick app to crash at startup (unable to register with the undeployed registry service). ai-assisted=yes
