   I'm happy to say we're ready to cut the 1.0 Resolute stemcell and I'm planning to click the button later this week. I've deployed cf on it and gotten a green CATS run, so I think we can be confident that no breaking changes will be necessary.

   Here's my announcement in slack:
   Some highlights:

   • Post quantum cryptography (courtesy of Ubuntu)
   • Reduced  stemcell size from ~1.2 GB to less than 600 MB
   • Embedded BPM in the stemcell - less boilerplate in deployment manifests, easier BPM usage in add ons, and one step down the path towards replacing monit
   • In support through May 2031 (Jammy ends May 2027!)
