Duplicate entries in problems tool window #52
Description
The issue
The Codacy plugin displays duplicate problem entries in the problems tool window, causing the same issue to appear twice for the same file and line.
Expected vs Actual
- Expected: each issue appears once per file/line
- Actual: each issue appears 2 times for the same file/line
Environment
- IDE: PHPStorm
- IDE Version: 2026.1.3
- Codacy Plugin Version: 0.1.2
Steps to Reproduce
- Switch to a branch associated with a PR.
- Open a PHP file that has known Codacy issues.
- Open the problems tool window.
- Observe the listed issues.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm David and I'm part of the Support team.
I tried to replicate the same behavior, but I'm using the latest IDE version (2026.1.4), and I couldn't see the same thing. The plugin seems to behave correctly, so can you kindly update your IDE to the latest version 2026.1.4 with the same codacy-intellij-plugin version you're currently using and let me know if you experience the same behavior?
For a matter of troubleshooting purposes, can you tell in which repository this is happening?

Same behavior with version 2026.1.4.
I tested it on a new pull request: https://app.codacy.com/gh/Groupe-Hevea/allopneus-middleware/pull-requests/3316/issues
