Volkswagen: add Tiguan Mk2 firmware

Add the four missing firmware versions reported in #3580 for a Mexican-market 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace.

The EPS firmware is already present, and the forward camera is intentionally omitted because Volkswagen firmware fingerprints do not use it for matching.

Tested:

• Volkswagen-specific unit tests
• exact firmware matching resolves uniquely to VOLKSWAGEN_TIGUAN_MK2
