feat(translations): add directoryIds to Apply Pre-Translation

Closes #405

• Added DirectoryIds to ApplyPreTranslationRequest (BranchIds was already there)
• Added DirectoryIds to PreTranslateAttributes
• Added a unit test covering request serialization and response parsing
