- Internship (6 months)
- Technical Skills: Technical study items, tasks, online presentations, and participation in technical support and collaboration sessions.
- Business Skills: Mentor Training and participation in workshops, daily reporting, commitment and commitment management, planning, social media activity.
- Service to the Program: After gaining some experience in the program, interns join the mentoring team and develop their skills through practical teamwork, service delivery, and leadership while taking on organizational and managerial roles and responsibilities.

Interns also participate in peer-support sessions and technical mentoring sessions.

- Candidate Mentor → Observer in workshops, contributor in structural meetings.
- Mentor → Full mentor, leading workshops and shaping governance.
Graduates of the CS Internship Program reach the level of Junior Software Engineer, equipped with technical, business, and managerial skills, ready to create real economic value in modern organizations.
