Update the Trajectory documentation - #97

Refresh the user guide, configuration, privacy, client, managed endpoint and metrics pages, add the managed endpoint settings reference, the publishing guide and the per-area metrics pages, and remove three retired pages.
Leave README.md as it is on main, and keep the three pages it links to.
Drop the links to the removed pages and correct two descriptions.

The new installation command fails on retries once its clone directory is populated, and two documented commands are unsupported. The publishing guide also overstates the protection provided by require_committed.
