A code hit printed its path and name twice, once inside the sym: id and once beside it. Code, file and entity ids are now dropped where they only repeat the location or the name; document ids stay. Neighbours print under the seed they came from instead of after every seed. Closes #191

The same-size rebuild test rewrote the binary within one Linux ctime tick and read the old install's key, which turned main's CI red; it now waits past the tick. `serve` checks for `stop` before the poll, so a poll that embeds a pull can no longer outlast `stop`'s wait and make it report failure while the server is leaving. graph-model.md and how-it-works.md describe the `ask` line as it is printed since #192: location first, the id only when it adds something, neighbours under their seed.
