Frees the name orbit-cli for the CLI we ship to users, which is what dfx-orbit is proposed to become. Renames the workspace package, the commander program name, the prepare-cli build and link script, the release.yaml call site, the e2e helper, the audit README and the station audit skill. Keeps orbit-cli as a second bin entry for now. The release workflows on the deploy stack still call that name, so the alias means this PR and that stack can merge in either order without breaking the pipeline. A follow-up drops the alias once those call sites are renamed. Not marked as a breaking change on purpose. The package is not in .release.json, so it has never been tagged or published and there are no external consumers, and a breaking marker would risk nx forcing a major bump on whichever released project it attributes these files to.

Renames the internal release tool from
orbit-clitoorbit-release-cli, which freesorbit-clifor the CLI we ship to users. Requested in #658 (comment).Covers the workspace package and its bin, the commander program name, the
prepare-clibuild and link script, therelease publishcall inrelease.yaml, the e2e helper, two error messages, two temp-file prefixes, the audit README and the station-audit skill.orbit-clistays as a secondbinentry. The deploy stack adds three more call sites that still use that name, and those files are not onmainyet, so the alias lets this PR and that stack merge in either order. A follow-up renames them and drops it.The package has no entry in
.release.json, so it has never been tagged or published and no release history changes. Not marked breaking: there are no external consumers, and a!would risk nx forcing a major bump on whichever released project it attributes these files to.One commit, because every intermediate state would have a package name its own callers do not use.

pnpm installruns the renamedprepare-cliend to end, and the built CLI reportsorbit-release-cliwith all subcommands intact.
