- Optional custom on startVerification, exposed on CallbackRequest. - SmsOptions autofill with Autofill::appHash(), domain() or none(); the appHash option is deprecated and folded into autofill. - templateGroup on SmsOptions and CalloutOptions; templateGroup, templateGroupUsed and templateFallbackReason on SmsInfo and CalloutInfo. - New error codes for request-rate limits, volume limits, template groups and autofill; new outcome codes for paused applications and disabled destination countries. An unsupported destination is now a failed verification instead of a 422. stale_dispatch is deprecated. - CallbackVerifier accepts x-signature-previous during secret rotation.

Add a Testing section on the sandbox environment, and describe volume_limit_reached as one limit for the whole application.
Only the reserved test numbers have a predefined result. A verification to any other number is not delivered and ends as failed, with the error code the testing guide describes, so the section no longer names one. [skip ci]
