Add Python 3.15 to the existing test matrices. Preserve existing Python jobs and exclude older dependency combinations from the new jobs.
Validation: parsed the workflows, expanded the matrices to confirm runnable Python 3.15 combinations, checked that existing workflow behavior is unchanged, and ran actionlint against the base and branch with no new diagnostics. Full Python 3.15 test results are pending GitHub Actions.
