These expand a leading ~/ in the value generically, and directory paths also drop a trailing /.
…ing types Matches the type change in the Dovecot core and Pigeonhole code. Also add the v2.4.5 to v2.4.6 upgrade notes as an include file, so they can be shared with the Pro documentation.
