Summary

Restructure the OptSolvX package layout to separate the public solver API from concrete backend implementations.

Key Changes

  • Moved CommonsMathSolver and OjAlgoSolver into dedicated backend.* packages
  • Kept solver package limited to API, registry, and configuration classes
  • Adjusted imports and registry wiring accordingly
  • No functional or API changes

Why

The previous layout did not scale well with additional solver backends.
This refactor prepares the codebase for multiple future solvers without increasing coupling.

Tests

  • Existing JUnit tests pass unchanged

Notes

  • Pure refactor, no behavioral changes
  • Public API remains stable
  • Just the last commit is this PR. All other commits are from an unmerged origin branch.
