- Replace the CI-triggered publishing with a nightly schedule and on-demand runs; drop the unused workflow_call trigger - Derive the affected-only baseline from the last successful next publish, so a nightly run picks up all changes since then instead of only the last commit - Publish next versions only from the head of main, as the baseline refers to it - Skip scheduled runs while main is on a release version instead of failing every night until it is bumped back to next - Document the baseline in the CLI README
