draft.mdfrom #2206 (john15321/add-committees-semi-final), which incorporates the feedback resolved in review (escalation process, company representation caps, founding mandate checkpoints, etc.). Every document is explicitly marked as a proposal at the top and has not been adopted.Some items are intentionally still left as
Xplaceholders (e.g. emeritus status, meeting cadence, quorum, joint-session frequency) since those are genuinely unresolved governance questions still open for discussion.Status
DRAFT / PROPOSAL, not yet adopted. Adoption requires a vote of the Maintainers as described in
governance.md.
