Issue summary
We want records to be filter before insert the records to target we have CSV file is source , we have 67k records in CSV file but out of those we have to filter rows on the basis of record type but filter is not working it is trying to insert all 67k records .

we have 67k records in CSV file but out of those we have to filter rows on the basis of record type but filter is not working it is trying to insert all 67k records .

Expected behavior
we have 67k records in CSV file but out of those we have to filter 10k rows on the basis of record type so 10K records need to be insert

Actual behavior
