Fix LF-canonical resource digests for CI - #14

hashes.json was generated under Windows CRLF, so every Python job failed on Linux with a LeanVerifier.lean digest mismatch; normalize digests and force LF via gitattributes.

Verify builds the materialized resource tree, not the checkout; seed .lake/packages after lean-action so Mathlib is not cold-compiled inside the default 600s budget.
