Document finance-led subscription collection through Adyen

Outcome

Expand the existing Lago Cloud finance workflow guide at /docs/guide/lago-cloud/finance-workflow for a buyer starting with one recurring plan and an existing Adyen account. The guide now connects plan setup, Adyen payment-method collection, dashboard subscription assignment, invoice collection, and later usage or negotiated pricing. The Lago Cloud index links to that workflow. No new route or UI component is introduced.

Product evidence and boundaries

• Links current Lago documentation for plans, Adyen setup, subscription assignment, payment retries, plan changes, and quotes.
• Distinguishes Adyen's hosted payment-method checkout from subscription signup. A merchant application still has to implement self-service plan selection and subscription creation.
• Identifies Premium subscription overrides and Quotes & Order Forms as separately scoped features.
• Describes a documented workflow, not a completed Cloud and Adyen sandbox test. Payment methods, webhooks, capture, and commercial availability must be checked in the buyer's configuration.
