feat(mcp): Add flag for Seer translation in search_events - #127059

api_expose=Truebecause the MCP server checks it in the organization'sfeatureslist (include_feature_flags=1), not throughfeatures.has.The rollout config is in getsentry/sentry-options-automator, and the MCP change that reads the flag is getsentry/toolkit#1447.
