Looks good to me. happy-dom is only a dev dependency here, used by apps/warden-service/src/client/app.test.tsx through @vitest-environment happy-dom. That test runs on a mocked fetcher and never loads external stylesheets or iframes, so the v21 change that turns CSS and iframe loading off by default doesn't affect it. Everything else in the lockfile is patch-level transitive re-resolution (ws, @types/node, rolldown) within the existing ranges.

Looks good to me. happy-dom is only a test environment here (apps/warden-service/src/client/app.test.tsx), and that test renders React components without loading stylesheets or iframes, so the v21 change that turns CSS and iframe loading off by default doesn't affect it. Unit test results are green.
FYI, the lockfile also picks up a few transitive refreshes that aren't related to happy-dom (@types/node 26.4.0 → 26.6.5, ws 8.21.3 → 8.22.0, rolldown 1.2.14 → 1.2.15). They're all in-range minor/patch bumps, so I don't think they need splitting out.
Bumps happy-dom from 20.14.5 to 21.0.4.
