The logger now records every SPU register write and snapshots the register file at the first write after a clear. Export writes a capture-mode SPUDUMP: the sample span the keyed voices use, a state restore packet, a trace begin marker, then the writes grouped by tick. It plays back in spdplayer. Available from the logger window and from Lua as PCSX.SPU.Logger.exportSPD().

- Around line 192-195: Validate that write cycle stamps are nondecreasing after
the empty-writes guard and before `tickOf` subtracts `origin`; if any stamp
decreases from the preceding write, set an error and return without exporting.
Review comments at @src/core/spulogger.h:
- Line 86: Update the baseline-capture condition in the register-write path to
use m_baselineValid instead of m_seen, so the first register write after clear()
captures the baseline even when earlier DMA events have incremented m_seen.

…ycle rewinds A DMA logged before the first register write left the baseline uncaptured. A Lua guest call restores the cycle counter, so a later write can carry an earlier stamp; it now lands on the current tick instead of wrapping.
Lets the SPU logger write SPD files. It now logs every register write (new
RegWritekind) and snapshotsregAreaat the first write after a clear. "Export SPD..." in the logger window, orPCSX.SPU.Logger.exportSPD(file)from Lua, writes a capture-mode SPUDUMP: sample data from the keyed voices' start addresses to their end blocks, one restore packet, 0x04, then one write packet per tick. The default tick rate is hblank/16 (983.375 Hz on NTSC).Round trip, -testmode, spdplayer demo with test.spd, 10300 frames: all 60914 source writes (macros expanded) come back in order, and the worst timing error against the player's own polling is 0.76 tick. The export then plays in spdplayer, and re-capturing it gives the same result within 0.95 tick. The order table is there because spdplayer will not start a stream without one.
Limits: a voice that is already playing when capture starts stays silent until it is keyed again, and samples are read from sound RAM at export time. New file writer, so rfc.
