Bumps .go-version (and go.mod) from 1.26.5 to 1.26.8 to fix GO-2026-5026, a Go stdlib CVE in the idna package where ToASCII/ToUnicode incorrectly accept Punycode labels that decode to ASCII-only names (e.g. xn--example-.com → example.com), which could lead to privilege escalation in hostname-based access checks. Fixed upstream in Go 1.26.5, and this change adopts the latest available Go release (1.26.8 ), which includes that fix.
